Russell Martinez
Russell Martinez has been in Central Texas real estate for going on 25 years. He spent 19 years living and selling in Austin, where past clients and their referrals across Travis and Williamson counties are still at the heart of his business. He later moved to Comal County and has kept expanding his work across the Texas Hill Country.
Today Russell focuses on Comal, Hays, Blanco, Guadalupe, Kendall and Burnet counties, plus parts of Bexar, helping buyers and sellers with homes, acreage, ranch land and waterfront property around Canyon Lake and the Guadalupe River.
His approach is hands-on and local. He walks properties himself and gives clients a straight read on the market before they make a move.
